I.T. Help Desk

The I.T. Help Desk supports students, faculty, and staff in their use of campus network connectivity, enterprise systems, and a variety of software applications including Gmail  and My.Emich. I.T. also supports university owned computers issued to employees through the computer refresh program.

Who is eligible to request this service?

Anyone who has an active EMU account is eligible to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk. Services provided by the Help Desk are dependent on your current affiliation with the university (e.g. student, employee, retiree, emeriti).

How do I submit a Help Desk ticket?

Click the Submit a Help Desk Ticket button at the top of the column to the right.
