To request a computer outside of the standard Computer Refresh Program computers that are offered, you need to place a Computer Refresh Program Special Order. To complete the form you will need the following information:
- ADA request or business case need
- You must utilize the Eprocurment link in my.emich to create an e-quote
- Fund Code
- Org Code
- Account Code
- Program code
