Adobe Sign In

Summary

The new Adobe License system requires all users to log in before using their products. Prior to this version, users were able to just open the apps and use them. Now, when the Adobe app opens, you must sign in. If not, the app will close automatically.

Relevant Information

  1. Open the desired Adobe application
     
  2. A window will open up requiring you to sign in. Click the Enterprise ID Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. After clicking Enterprise ID, type in your emich email
     
  4. Next click on Sign In With Enterprise ID do NOT put in your  password
     
  5. It will redirect you to another window. Click the second option that says Enterprise ID

  6. It will redirect you to EMU’s authentication website in which you put in your emich id and password (if you have duo push you will need to allow for access)
     
  7. Once your credentials are put in correctly, you will be redirected back to the Adobe app and you are now able to use it. As long as you are currently logged into the computer, you do not need to sign back in. However, if you do sign out of the machine or the machine is shut down, you will have to go through the sign in process again.
