Overview
Many web pages and email messages include email links. They are also found in My.Emich, on pages such as class lists. When clicked, an email link automatically opens a new email message and populates the To: field with recipient email address(es). These links can be problematic, however, as they are dependent on browser settings that frequently change. You can avoid any issue using an email link by following the instructions below.
Copy an Email Link
When you encounter an email link:
- Right click on the link.
- Select Copy from the context menu.
- Open a new email message.
- Paste the recipient email address(es) into the To: field of your email message.
