Check out this article I found in the Client Portal knowledge base.

https://service.emich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=108

REMOTE PC “AutoPilot Reset” Process (PC is already Enrolled with inTune, but is an OLD/slow PC’s) - Internal

The article outlines a process for resetting PCs via Microsoft Intune's AutoPilot Reset feature. This method renames PCs to an "IT-{ServiceTag}" format, removes previous user data, local accounts, Azure policies, and user-specific app deployments while retaining standard Intune app deployments and group memberships. It aims to streamline the setup for new primary users and ensures devices are ready for deployment according to their intended use-case, as managed through Intune's web interface.
